The Compass month-long immersion program is called the RMI—Real Ministry Immersion. The RMI is an adventure-filled month during which students set out on three back-to-back expeditions. Learn more about each of the expeditions by clicking on their links.

  Wilderness  Expedition   

An outdoor adventure in the Adirondack Mountains
  Theological Expedition    A journey into a theological landscape as vast as a mountain wilderness
  Ministry Expedition    An overseas trip that brings wilderness lessons and theological training into contact with real ministry

The RMI is based at the beautiful Gordon-Conwell and Gordon College campuses just outside Boston, Massachusetts. The RMI purposefully plunges students into an environment that helps them explore their faith in community with like-minded peers their own age and guided by trained faculty and staff.
